Froglife are creating habitats for amphibians, reptiles and insects across London and have already made a new pond at Lesnes Abbey Woods.
They have kindly offered to lead a free walk up to the ponds in Lesnes Abbey Woods and explain just what goes on in these important aquatic ecosystems.
NOTE: This walk lasts two and a half hours and will take you to some of the highest and lowest points in the woods. There will usually be no seating. You should be reasonably fit, wear sensible footwear, bring water and dress for the weather.
